Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

Designer Tip: For delicate items from our Home Office and Living Room collections, we recommend keeping all original packaging for at least the return period duration to maintain their value and protection.

International Shipping

We ship globally, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Important Note: Due to the custom nature of our designer furniture, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom upholstery or fabric selections
  • Personalized or monogrammed items
  • Clearance or specially discounted pieces marked “Final Sale”

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, item(s) for return, and reason
  3. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and RMA number
  4. Pack Carefully: Repackage in original packaging with all protective materials
  5. Ship Back: Send to our warehouse at 448 Tibbs Avenue, LANCASTER, US 17601 using a trackable method

Exchange Process

For exchanges of equal or greater value:

  1. Follow the same initial steps as the return process
  2. Specify your desired replacement item from our collections
  3. We’ll process your exchange once the original item is received and inspected
  4. Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds: 5-7 business days
  • PayPal refunds: 24-48 hours
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product:

  • We will arrange for a replacement or return at no cost to you
