While we meticulously curate each piece in our Bedroom, Dining Room, Home Office, Living Room, and Outdoor collections, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary.
Note: Due to the custom nature of our designer furniture, certain items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. This typically includes:
- Custom upholstery or fabric selections
- Personalized or monogrammed items
- Clearance or specially discounted pieces
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Pack Carefully: Repackage the item in its original packaging with all protective materials.
- Ship Back: Send the item to our warehouse at the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Exchange Process
For exchanges of equal or greater value:
- Follow the same initial steps as the return process
- Specify the replacement item you desire from our collections
- We will process your exchange once the original item is received and inspected
- Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days
- PayPal refunds typically appear within 24-48 hours
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product:

- Include photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We will arrange for a replacement or return at no cost to you
Designer Care Tip: To maintain the value of your investment pieces, we recommend keeping all original packaging for at least the duration of the return period, especially for items from our Home Office and Living Room collections which often contain delicate finishes.
